I really don't get how these folks have racked up so many positive reviews because my experience has been pretty terrible. There have been a ton of problems with my accounts; it seems like most of the staff here are clueless. I talk to different people, and they just don’t communicate issues to one another. Right now, I’m dealing with a situation where they’ve slapped a £7500 figure onto this year's totals from last year without any explanation, and no one is willing to clarify what's going on. It feels like there are constant errors, and the accountants just do their part and then hand you off to someone else. Their replies are often vague and confusing, and they only get back to you if you keep pushing. I switched accountants because the first one was indifferent, and I got the sense that I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. Now, I'm back to square one with the same problems. I'm stuck, no one is stepping up to assist, and they’ve got my money too. Watch out for other accountants using this company’s software (Pandel).
